RCM Genius is a platform for dental revenue-cycle management — verification of benefits, payment posting, claims, accounts receivable, and patient billing — used both by Sora LLC's own delivery team and, where offered, by practices billing in-house.

Compliance posture

Sora LLC handles protected health information under a HIPAA-baseline compliance program, with SOC 2 as a stated goal. Protected health information is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is scoped and logged, and every third party that supports the service does so under a Business Associate Agreement where one is required.
